Bubs first time @ the beach!

Does it get any better than this?

We probably call Tate Bubby more than we do Tate, so that is what the title refers to. We had an amazing trip to the beach. The first night was spent with a highschool friend of mine, Lindsey Rial Taylor - so much fun. We hung out with some of her friends that night at a lake house, then went to church with her on Sunday - Brian's first Father's Day. Then we headed over to a condo where Nana, Aunt Megan, Uncle Jason, and cousin McKenzie were staying. They were gracious enough to bump up their trip to the beach next to our trip with our church so that Nana could help with Tate duty. It was great to hang out with Brian and the family for a couple of days before heading over to serve the Lord by hanging out with lots of cool highschoolers. Tate loved the ocean and was a fan of the pool by the end. He just didn't last long - I think the ocean sound and the warm water just put him to sleep. After spending time with the fam, Brian and I headed over to The Majestic, the condo where our high school students stay. It was an amazing 5 days filled with incredible worship music led by The Fee Band, even better speakers, and plenty of time to bond with our kids. Brian and I have been working with this ministry for three years now, since the students in our small groups were freshman in high school. It is crazy to think that they are seniors now! These have been some of the best years and so nice that Brian and I have been able to serve beside one another in this ministry.
